Grant Mullen is the Senior Manager and Program Manager for the F-15 Korea Program, responsible for the performance of over $3B in contractual execution. Based out of St. Louis, Grant is responsible for leading Boeing execution and growth efforts for the F-15K program, leveraging expertise from across all business units and functions to lead development efforts and ensure quality deliverables to the Republic of Korea warfighter. In this role, Grant leads engagements across all Boeing teams, US Government partners, and with the Korea customer.
Prior to this role, Grant held the position of BDS F/A-18 and EA-18G International Growth Program Manager for Finland, leading the Boeing effort for the Finland Hornet Replacement (HX) fighter competition. Within this role, he led the Boeing team through the campaign, developing competigive strategies, proposals, and leading completion of the HX Winter Challenge, a flight evaluation and military exercise to validate performance in the Finland winter environment.
He carries a diverse background from multiple roles within Boeing Defense, Space & Security and Global Services, including positions in Program Management and Engineering across all phases of the aircraft program lifecycle. This includes design of propulsion and other aircraft systems, development of new weapon capabilities, and program management of acquisition and execution phases for various weapon systems in development, production, and sustainment phases.
Grant holds both a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis (2012) and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Cardondale (2009).
