Jeffery T. Ball is a senior vice president, infrastructure market principal, and member of the Board of Directors with Hanson Professional Services Inc. Hanson is a national, award-winning, employee-owned consulting firm providing engineering, planning and allied services.

Dr. Janet K. Tinoco is CEO/owner of Runways To Space LLC and Professor Emeritus at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), O’Maley College of Business in Daytona Beach, FL. Her expertise is in technical and strategic management, innovation and business policy, particularly with respect to defense and space systems.

Dan Korte was President of the Rolls-Royce Defense business responsible for the strategy and performance of the $4 billion global defense aerospace business, encompassing 5,500 employees at operations in 17 countries. The business serves 160 customers in 103 countries with over 18,000 engines in service around the world.

Laurie is a Senior Counsel at The Boeing Company whose practice is focused on intellectual property. She is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Howard Lo was the CEO and Chief Software Engineer of VisitView Corporation, a provider of business process software for Executive Briefing Centers.

Erik graduated from SIUC with three degrees in electrical engineering (2005) , computer engineer (2005) and a MBA (2006) and began working in industry immediately after for General Cable which later became Prysmian, the largest wire and cable manufacturer in the world.

Larry is a veteran executive and leader in the technology industry. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer for ClickDimensions, a leading sales & marketing automation software firm.

Tom Murray was a member of Sargent & Lundy LLC’s Corporate Executive Team, a member of the Board of Directors, and an Owner (1993 -- 2007), responsible for strategic planning, risk management, policy development, financial planning and annual budgeting, and broad corporate issues, including succession planning. A global consultant to the electric utility industry, the firm’s ownership numbers 25, with a staff of 3,000 and revenues exceeding $450 million annually.

Biography:

• 22-years of Civil Engineering Experience in the Construction Business - Estimating, Construction Management, Design and Aggregate Mining
• Have managed the construction of  multiple aggregate processing facilities, industrial/commercial site development projects and residential subdivisions.
• Originally from Southern Illinois.

Phil Joined The Conseco Group as Senior Project Manager in 2002, bought the company in 2004. He has over 25 years of experience in construction management, engineering, market analysis, site selection and land acquisition. As the President and CEO of The CONSECO Group, Phil is responsible for all development, project and construction management activities for the firm.

Dr. Pagano is a three time graduate of the College of Engineering at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. After serving briefly as a mechanical engineering analyst and nuclear process engineer in the power industry in Chicago, IL, Mark began a career in academia which now has reached almost forty years.

Mr. Solverson is Director of Marketing and Business Development for Medium Caliber Ammunition at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems.

Nina Hickland is the Global Head of Supply Operations in Google’s Cloud networking business. The Google networking supply chain and commercial operations team manages the procurement, distribution, and delivery of networking equipment to global business sites. It also oversees technological and capital investment in assets and services across the business.

With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the energy and utility sector, Shon has consistently excelled in key leadership roles. His expertise encompasses energy trading, procurement, supply chain management, mergers and acquisitions, project development, corporate strategy, and fuel supply and logistics.

Christy Crites graduated with a BS in mechanical engineering in 1992 and a MS in Civil Engineering in 1996.  She has worked at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. (CMT) since that time and lives in Springfield IL. She is currently a Vice President and serving on the Board of Directors of CMT.
