Diogo Seixas – Values
Values are things that are important to us. Knowing what is important to you helps you to make better decisions and shape your behavior. Knowing the values of the people in your team also helps you to build stronger relationships.
LDP students also take the Strengths Finder test to find their strengths and use them in their projects. The test takes about 40 minutes but is very insightful, helping you to know more about yourself. Dr. DeRuntz, Director of the LDP is a certified Coach for this tool. The test cost $19.90 for your top five strengths. But if you buy the book, the test is free.
This is a free personality test that can also help you understand better about yourself. It gives you insights of who you are, how you tend to behave on a team environment and with relationships as well.
