DIRECTIONS TO THE SIUC ENGINEERING COMPLEX

From St. Louis: Take 1-64 east from St. Louis and get off at Exit 50 south (Illinois 127 South). You will go through a series of small towns (Nashville, Pinckneyville and Vergennes) before arriving in Murphysboro. Turn left (east) onto Illinois 13, and go about seven miles to almost the center of Carbondale, where Illinois 13 turns into Walnut Street. Turn right (south) onto University Avenue (U.S. 51 South)

Take University Avenue south where it merges into Illinois Avenue south.  Take Illinois Avenue south (also U.S. 51) to the main campus entrance, where you see the Student Services Center to the west (right) side of the road. Turn right onto Lincoln Drive and go past the Student Services Center, the Student Center, and the James W. Neckers Building. As you round the corner you will see the Engineering Complex (on the left at the corner of Lincoln and Douglas drives). The address is 1230 Lincoln Drive.

You can park across the street from the Engineering complex. That is Lot 47 (beside the Neckers building on Lincoln). You can also park in Lot 37 (behind the Engineering complex on Douglas).

The School of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Materials Engineering (MAME) office (E-027) is in E-wing (turn to the left after entering the front door that faces parking lot 37, go down to the ground floor, the MAME office is at the opposite end of the hallway).
