Ph.D. in Computer Science

The Computer Science program offers a graduate program leading to the Doctor of Philosophy degree with a major in Computer Science through the Graduate School. The Computer Sciences Ph.D. program prepares a student to undertake independent research in either an academic or non-academic setting. The program is structured around the Ph.D. thesis; course and seminar work are designed with the requisite quality of the thesis in mind. A criterion for the thesis is that it be publishable in a recognized journal.

Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering

The ECE Department provides a rich environment for educational and professional advancement while offering a flexible course of study that can be tailored to each student's academic and professional goals. Ph.D. in Engineering Science

The Doctor of Philosophy degree in Engineering Science is offered for concentrations that correlate with five of our engineering programs: Civil and Environmental Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial and Quality Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering and Energy Processes.

Ph.D. in Mathematics

The School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences offers a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics. Tracks in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computational Mathematics, and Pure Mathematics are now available.
