Engineering is an exciting field to be a part of.  Improving lives, solving environmental problems, developing technology that makes the world a better place and transforming exploration into innovation -- that’s what engineers do.  We are at the forefront of discovery and development and you can get involved while you’re still in school.

Choose from seven undergraduate engineering and technology program majors that will prepare you for a career as a highly sought-after engineer or technician.  You will enjoy hands-on learning experiences in state-of-the-art laboratories and facilities. Learn from internationally known faculty involved in groundbreaking research activities.  Our faculty AND students have won numerous awards and patents for technological advances.

Many students live in the Engineering Residential College their first two years – it’s an environment promoting success.  More than 20 campus Registered Student Organizations, including our  Leadership Development Program and Engineering Student Council, have an engineering focus giving you the chance to obtain practical experience, enhance employment prospects, get involved, help others, enhance leadership skills and have fun.  You can also explore new locales and enhance your education through our Study Abroad program.
